Who am I?

I obtained my BA in 2004 whilst living in the UK, and since then, I have continued to explore the complexity of human relationships and connection with oneself. I have trained in different and complementary perspectives such as EMDR, Positive Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma and Dance Movement Therapy.


My genuine interest lies in understanding what has led you to feel the way you do and how we can collaborate in the present to improve your well-being and help you in your growth as a person. My starting point is the wealth of resources that each individual possesses and, from there, my approach focuses on working with yours. And we will do this through a methodology that works on the psyche and also places a lot of emphasis on working with the body, which is the vehicle and container of our psychological processes.
