How many times have we dreamed of becoming adults when we were little? Well, here we are. The thing is that sometimes, not everything is as we imagined. And, it may be that today, at this very moment, you feel sadness, anxiety, uncertainty in relationships, that you cannot find yourself, and a host of other feelings.

You will learn to know yourself, as an individual and in your relationships with others, to understand what is happening to you (to explain it with words) and to put into practice the resources that you surely have, but perhaps do not know about.
